As a mother of three handsome/crazy boys and a Fire Wife for over ten years, life has prepared me for all things organization. Working outside the home full-time while managing a household and a firefighter/paramedic schedule has its challenges, even with my Husband’s help. The daily demanding yet fulfilling work/life balance between organization and time management allowed me to adapt and conquer anything thrown at me. During these crazy, hectic, and beautiful times in my life, I realized I could relay some of the knowledge I’ve learned from trial and error, save another family the hassle of figuring it all out on their own.
I feel as if I was meant to be a professional organizer from the very beginning. No matter the position I’ve held in my professional career, employers, employees, and colleagues would come to me to figure out action plans and to “just make it happen.” I loved the challenge and would quickly figure out the best course of action possible. However, when I began “Momming,” that’s when I figured out how to meal plan, organize a shared family calendar, create chore charts, declutter and arrange “all the things” necessary to keep our ship afloat.
With established roles in the business development and marketing industries, I combine my innate understanding of the place of organization in your day-to-day activities and the dynamism of the current world, including the need for functional systems at cost-effective rates for you and your family.
As a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc.’s Houston Chapter and the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals’ Austin and Virtual chapters, I draw inspiration and ongoing knowledge to my profession.
I’m looking forward to assisting other families while combining my organizational skills with their knowledge of their routines. New challenges and projects are my specialties! Contact me any time. Honestly, I know how hard it is to work within the standard 8 am-5 pm business hours, so if you need to call me after the kiddos go to bed, do it!
Sincerely,
River Satcher, Owner
